<p>Unless you specify otherwise, your HHR^&reg; comes with a tire sealant and inflator kit, saving the weight of a jack and spare tire and helping to improve fuel economy. The kit includes a portable compressor and integrated canister of tire sealant, capable of temporarily repairing small punctures (up to 1/4) on one tire's tread face. With it, you can reinflate the flat easily and safely drive up to 100 miles for a replacement tire or permanent repair. As an added convenience, the compressor has a built-in pressure gauge and plugs into your vehicle's power outlet, so you can use it to pump up an underinflated tire, anywhere. </p><p>You must select tire sealant and inflator kit confirmation or compact spare.</p>

<p>Your HHR^&reg; comes with a powerful audio system featuring AM/FM stereo sound with a CD player that includes MP3 playback. Play any audio CD or MP3 data disc directly through the stereo. A cool 36 presets allow you to program everything from talk to any type of music your heart desires. The Radio Data Service^&reg; (RDS)¹ lets you see the song, band, station and more. An auxiliary input jack allows you to plug in your portable device to add even more variety to your HHR. A tire sealant and inflator kit enables you to repair minor tire damage, quickly and easily, to get you back on the road. The repair is temporary and will allow you to get to a nearby place to get a replacement tire.

This 4-speed electronically controlled transmission delivers a strong gear ratio to provide a smooth acceleration while offering a comfortable ride as you cruise down the highway at higher speeds while maintaining fuel economy. A remote vehicle starter system¹ also&nbsp;is included, which is great if you live in colder climates where freezing temperatures are just a part of life. An&nbsp;ECOTEC^&reg; 2.4L DOHC 4-cylinder engine with Variable Valve Timing operates efficiently to deliver 172 hp and 167 lb-ftof torque, while maintaining low emissions and fuel economy of EPA estimated 30&nbsp;MPG highway when running on gasoline. The sequential fuel injection system uses technology to minimize fuel consumption while still providing the added push needed to get up to speed on the highway. FlexFuel capability allows the engine to run on gas or E85¹fuel.<br /><br />¹&nbsp;E85 is a combination of 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline.
